Three Options for GROWTH ( my perspective and could be many for others)

Option 1.

If you are a CREATOR (of content, software, digital marketing, manufacturer of any good product, provider of various services ) and can’t SELL enough, build sales skill sets OR hire/engage a person or a great sales team, build sales & distribution systems to SELL. Easier said than done and needs on-the-ground execution & smart work over years.

Option 2.

You are good at SALES and can SELL anything but can’t create a product or service. Then get a co-founder who can CREATE a great product and win in the marketplace by selling OR by collaborating/creating a JV or any other form of engagement with creators / manufacturers to grow revenues.

Option 3 – Obviously the BEST and most ideal for solopreneurs, startup, and companies who can do it consistently.

You can CREATE good/great unique products + you can SELL + you have a great Sales team with effective sales & distribution processes and new customers buy your products while existing customers buy regularly & consistently.

Option 1 & 2 needs a collaborative mindset, teamwork, daily execution, and complementary skill sets. The majority of the population works for others and does a good job in helping companies to sell or help sell OR create products and hence get paid.

Option 3. A minuscule part of the population belongs to this category.

They are great Creators of products + great sellers and they become UNSTOPPABLE over a long period of time if not INVINCIBLE.

They could be individuals or companies and they become unstoppable because they are unique and. can CREATE & SELL and they have the LEVERAGE with their product/technology.

Each of us is unique and with time we build our own unique skill sets. Is it sufficient over a period of time? If we do the same thing as others or learn the same thing which can be learnt by others and executed. better by others ( there will always be thousands) then we are not UNIQUE. We are just replaceable. Find your uniqueness and hone it consistently.
